Spot on! Was just like being back in Seattle on our honeymoon just with two extra tag alongs (kids). The whole experience was just like our first diner in America, it's amazing how they have replicated the Denny's vibe. The food was typical American diner, loads to choose from, naughty and filling, chicken and waffle is a must! Our daughter thoroughly enjoyed her food and especially the milkshake. The staff are welcoming, attentive and helpful. Big shout out to Rhys L and Neil for their exceptional hospitality. If you want an authentic American diner experience, you have to come here! We will definitely be coming back. Pictures are of Seattle and Swansea, only difference is I had hair.
Visited here yesterday. It was worth the 3 hour drive. The food was almost the same as the Denny's in the USA so this is as close as you'll get without a plane ticket. A meal and a drink is on average about 15-20 a person but you get plenty of food for the money. As for the service, food came out quick but the staff lacked enthusiasm and there wasn't much of an atmosphere. I would visit here again.
I come fairly regularly with my daughter. Plenty available on the kids menu, great service, food is always consistent. I like that you can order on the app and the rewards are good too. Sometimes service can be slow if it’s busy but that’s understandable. Staff are always helpful. Toilets are always clean too.

Tastes the exact same as Denny's in the US. The food was amazing, and every time I'm near Swansea, I always pop in as it's the only one in the country. Staff is really friendly, very clean and hygienic, and absolutely no fault at all.
Drove 3 and a half hours to come and experience Denny’s in Swansea as my fiancee raves about it in the States. Can honestly say I was not disappointed. Absolutely lovely food and service and really good portion size. Matthew was so friendly and welcoming, engaged in conversation and was generally interested in talking to us, I will definitely be making the trip again!
We won a competition from the Wave and First Cymru which included a free meal at Dennys. We had been wanting to visit for a while and so very glad we did. Libby looked after us so well and honestly gave some of the best service we've ever had anywhere when eating out (no exaggeration). She was extremely personable and made for a memorable experience. All the food was delicious and so a huge thank you to the chefs. A massive highlight were the giant pancakes which tasted as good as if not better than they looked (not an easy feat because they look amazing too!). Would be very happy to return and would recommend to any of our friends and family. Thank you, Josh and Rachel.
